3D Printing
What is 3D Printing?
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process in which a three dimensional part is printed.
The part is developed through a cad model and sent to a 3d printer to print. The part can be printed in a variety of materials including plastics, composites, metal, glass etc. Each material with it’s own qualities to meet your needs. Different materials may require different printing processes. Parts are most commonly made through FDM printers, however more complex materials may require SLA, DLP, or SLS printing. Overall, 3D printing is a new advancement in the manufacturing industry. Used for developing parts in virtually any material, it is becoming the quickest and most reliable form of manufacturing.
Our 3D Printing services
Our team of engineers is fully equipped to design, model, and print your needs using the latest additive manufacturing processes. We are equipped with FDM and SLA printers ready to print materials like: PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, TPU, PETG, PC, Resin (not limited to any type). Carbon Fiber infused materials. Whatever material or structure your part needs, we can figure it out.
If your need isn’t 3D but rather 2D, we can design your part directly for machining. The part will be designed and converted to the file type of your choice. The file can then be used to machine or laser cut your part.
3D and 2D CAD Modeling
Cad modeling, designing, and prototyping

3D Scanning and Reverse engineering
The Team is also readily equipped with the latest of additive manufacturing tools; a 3D Scanner. With our scanning services we can reverse engineer and modify your part with ease. We can scan your part and convert it to CAD for your design needs. From there, we can modify it, 3D print it, or just send you the file. Your need is our service.
